Announcement Regarding Management Changes

Asahi Group Holdings, Ltd.

(Tokyo, Japan - January 10, 2024) - Asahi Group Holdings, Ltd. (“the Company”) is pleased to announce the changes in top management, which were internally approved at the Company’s Board of Directors Meeting today.

At the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on March 26, the following will be elected or retire.

Naoko Nishinaka (currently serving as Auditor)
Melanie Brock (currently serving as Managing Director, Melanie Brock Advisory)
Chika Sato (currently serving as Chief Diversity Officer, NEC Corporation)

Akiko Oshima (currently serving as Executive Officer, Head of Internal Audit)

The following Executive Officer to retire on March 26.
Kayoko Kondo (currently serving as Executive Officer, Head of Sustainability)
She will be appointed as Director and Executive Officer, Asahi Soft Drinks Co., Ltd. on March 26.
