Asahi Group Holdings, Ltd. (the “Company”) hereby announces that it has decided to postpone the disclosure of its financial results for the third quarter of the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. The disclosure is expected to exceed the 45-day period following the end of the quarter. The Company sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience this postponement may cause to its shareholders, investors, and other stakeholders.

1. Reason for Postponement
On September 29, 2025, the Company experienced a system disruption due to a ransomware attack. Although system-based order and shipment processes across its domestic companies remain suspended, ensuring product supply to customers has been set as its top priority and it has begun partial manual order processing and shipments. The incident has also disrupted access to accounting-related data, resulting in delays in financial closing procedures. While the Company is making every effort to restore the system as quickly as possible, a timeline for full recovery cannot be provided at this time. Therefore, the Company has decided to postpone the announcement of its financial results for the third quarter of the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.

2. Outlook on Revised Schedule for Disclosure
The Company will announce the new date for the financial results disclosure promptly after it is determined. The timing will depend on the progress of the overall system restoration.
