Update on System Disruption Due to Cyberattack (4th)

(Tokyo, Japan - October 14, 2025) - Asahi Group Holdings, Ltd. announced on September 29, October 3, and October 8 that its systems are experiencing disruption due to a ransomware attack.

As we continue investigating the extent and details of the impact, focusing on the systems targeted in the recent attack, we have identified the possibility that personal information may have been subject to unauthorized data transfer. Should the investigation confirm this, we will promptly notify those concerned and take appropriate measures in accordance with applicable laws on the protection of personal information.

Our Emergency Response Headquarters is working in collaboration with external cybersecurity experts to restore the system as quickly as possible. The impact of this incident on our systems is limited to those managed in Japan.
