Notice Regarding Submission of Application for Approval to Extend the Deadline for the Securities Report for the Fiscal Year Ended December 31, 2025
Asahi Group Holdings, Ltd. (the “Company”) hereby announces that it has decided to submit an application for approval regarding the extension of the submission deadline for its Securities Report, pursuant to Article 15-2, Paragraph 1 of the Cabinet Office Ordinance on Disclosure of Corporate Affairs, to the Kanto Local Finance Bureau today. Details are as follows.

4. Reasons for the Application for Extension of the Submission Deadline
- On September 29, 2025, the Company experienced a system disruption due to a cyberattack. As part of containment measures against the cyberattack, the Company shut down its systems, including accounting-related systems, which prevented it from carrying out financial closing procedures. While the systems have been gradually restored and financial closing procedures have resumed, delays have occurred in the preparation of financial statements and the review procedures by the accounting auditor. As a result, the Company is unable to submit its Securities Report by the submission deadline of March 31, 2026. Accordingly, the Company has decided to apply for an extension of the submission deadline, requesting that the deadline be extended to July 27, 2026, if approved.
５．Future Outlook
- Should the application for the extension of the submission deadline be approved, the Company will promptly disclose the outcome. The Company will announce the date for the financial results disclosure for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025 promptly after it is determined.
