However, Asahi Holdings (Australia) Pty Ltd, the Company’s consolidated subsidiary in the Commonwealth of Australia, disclosed its financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025 on April 28, 2026, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
The Company will announce the date for its financial results disclosure for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025 promptly after it is determined.
