As announced in "Notice Regarding Postponement of Disclosure of Financial Results for the Fiscal Year Ending December 31, 2025 " published on November 27, 2025, Asahi Group Holdings, Ltd. (the “Company”) postponed the announcement of its financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025. The Company hereby announces that the announcement date has been set for July 8, 2026.
The announcement date of the financial results for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026 will be disclosed once it has been determined.
