Notice Regarding the Completion of Submission of the Securities Report for the Fiscal Year Ended December 31, 2025
As announced in “Notice Regarding Approval of Extension of the Submission Deadline for the Securities Report for the Fiscal Year Ended December 31, 2025” published on March 25, 2026, Asahi Group Holdings, Ltd. (the “Company”) had received approval to extend the submission deadline for the Securities Report for the Fiscal Year Ended December 31, 2025 until July 27, 2026. The Company hereby announces that it submitted the aforementioned Securities Report to the Kanto Local Finance Bureau today.
