In order to achieve our ideal business portfolios, core strategies and strategic foundation strengthening as laid out in our Medium- to Long-Term Management Policy, the Asahi Group places high priority on advancing the securement capabilities. To accomplish this, we are utilizing Group personnel to deploy resources and training as necessary throughout the organization, while also searching out and hiring new, highly specialized personnel. Moreover, we are pursuing new alliances and strengthened networking with outside organizations to make fuller use of external resources. In these ways, we aim to foster flexible capabilities that can be readily adapted to changing operating and business environments.
