Enabling Each and Every Individual to be Free to “shine AS YOU ARE”
Establishing the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Statement
The Asahi Group established the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Statement in 2021. The Global DE&I Statement is a benchmark to enable each and every Asahi Group employee to be free to shine as themselves. We have positioned it as a key initiative that affects the future of the entire Group. In addition to setting numerical targets, we have established a structure for promoting DE&I, reviewed systems and frameworks, and are implementing initiatives to foster talent development and the corporate culture.
Growth through Learning
At the Asahi Group, we believe that providing an environment where knowledge is shared, and where both individual and team growth are realized, makes it possible for employees to thrive and grow. Furthermore, we adopt the view that mistakes and failures cultivate further growth and instill teams with richer experience. We strive to foster a corporate culture of learning throughout the organization.
Better together
At the Asahi Group, we understand that pursuing collaborations and cooperative efforts with various stakeholders makes us more innovative overall as an organization. Therefore, we search for various ways to share our goals, celebrate our successes as one, and take part in meaningful experiences together.
