Sustainability Governance

The Asahi Group regards promoting sustainability as an important issue in business management, and has created a corporate governance structure that incorporates the promotion of sustainability by establishing a Global Sustainability Committee chaired by the Group CEO of Asahi Group Holdings, Ltd.
The Group is united in working to achieve sustainability through a structural framework, with details determined by the Global Sustainability Committee being incorporated into strategies for the Group as a whole via the Global Sustainability Leaders Meeting and the Sustainability Task Force.

  • Following the renewal of the executive structure of Asahi Group Holdings, Ltd. on April 1, 2024, the Executive Committee and Corporate Management Board were newly established in place of the previous Corporate Strategy Board.
