Sustainability Governance
The Asahi Group regards promoting sustainability as an important issue in business management, and has created a corporate governance structure that incorporates the promotion of sustainability by establishing a Global Sustainability Committee chaired by the Group CEO of Asahi Group Holdings, Ltd.
The Group is united in working to achieve sustainability through a structural framework, with details determined by the Global Sustainability Committee being incorporated into strategies for the Group as a whole via the Global Sustainability Leaders Meeting and the Sustainability Task Force.
